01-02-17 Tate Planning Day (Priority final planning for 8 Feb)

Tate Exchange Digital Making Art School event planning DAY (Drop in or get involved all day)

When: Weds 1st Feb 2017 (divided into sections so members could drop-in) 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm

Where: The Tate Taylor Digital Studio in the Tate Britain

What: Priority final planning meeting for all those involved in the 8 Feb workshop at Tate (& those preparing for 22nd Feb)

Sessions:

We will be using the morning session to offer development & sharing sessions for those taking part in Tate events, its an opportunity to explain & develop ideas and build a larger project team. We will run a number of activities along side each other, this is help us understand better how we will work together on one floor at the Tate Exchange in terms of space & sound levels.

• 10am to 1pm - Please let c.follows@arts.ac.uk know if you would like to present or demo your idea (essential for the people involved in the 8th)
• 2pm to 4pm - FINAL updates and plan for 8th Feb session (must try and attend please if you are part of the 8th event) whole group conversation

4pm to 4:30pm - Breakout informal planning in group discussions
