18-01-17 Drop-in on a full day of Tate Exchange planning and activities
We have a full day of Tate Exchange planning and activities lined up on Weds 18-01-17
When: 18th Jan 2017
Time: 10am to 4.30pm (drop-in on any of the session as you like)
Where: Meet in the Tate Taylor Digital Studio in the Tate Britain
Who: This workshop is open to UAL staff, students and any external collaborators who would like to contribute to supporting related workshops & collaborative projects at the Tate Exchange events in Feb & March.
The schedule:
Morning sessions:
We will be using the morning session to offer development & sharing sessions for those taking part in Tate events, its an opportunity to explain & develop ideas and build a larger project team. We will run a number of activities along side each other, this is help us understand better how we will work together on one floor at the Tate Exchange in terms of space & sound levels.

Afternoon Sessions: 18-01-17 (PM) Tate Planning Drop-in
- 2pm to 3pm - General drop-in & chat (informal catch up)
- 3pm to 4pm - General updates and whole group meeting/conversation
- 4pm to 4:30pm - Breakout informal planning in group discussions - Ian Thompson will be joining us to to talk about making UAL staff, students and facilitators aware of key points from UAL’s safeguarding policy & preparing risk assessment Read Here
