We are really looking forward to starting a collaboration in the lead up to the Tate Exchange between children from Hill Mead Primary School in Brixton (via http://londonclc.org.uk/), UAL Digital Maker Collective members & CYLAND Media Arts Lab artist/engineers in St Petersburg

UAL staff Workshop Lead: Nicola Rae Supported by Demelza Woodbridge, Harry Wills and Ibrahim Romman

Schedule:

10.15 am - Meet and greet in the Digital Maker Collective project space.

10.30 am - Start working on the Spark Fun and Arduino kits in twos or threes - each group will have one of us available to help. We will explore multiple blinking lights, servo motors and create music as code for buzzers.

We will look at videos made by the CYLAND team in St Petersburg about how to create various robotic functions with the Spark Fun kits and how these might relate to the ELECTROACTIVE GRID at TATE EXCHANGE.
