Scarlett Yang is a London based multidisciplinary designer with a focus on materiality and virtuality. With experiences across the fashion and technology industries as well as academic background in Fashion at Central Saint Martins, she aims to develop innovative approaches on the life cycles of fashion textiles through a hybrid bio / digital solution. Her past projects are seen on BBC, i-D, Fast Company, as well as exhibited in the UK, EU, Japan and China.

DMC & Me:

As a designer who has always been passionate about combining digital technology and the arts, I constantly heard about the amazing things DMC been doing, ever since I was in my degree second year in CSM UAL. I later joined this inclusive collective to learn and build on several diverse yet in-depth digital art/design projects. I have learned so much from collaborating with other DMC members, facilitators as well as from engaging with external partners, I look forward to DMC's future innovative initiatives for more impactful digital arts to come.
